Salmon Fillet

Baked or Grilled Salmon with Dijon Mustard

  1. Go to the store a buy a large filet of salmon.
  2. Rinse the salmon in cold water and cut into three pieces. This is nice if you want to try different sauces.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the mustard, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper together until uniform.
  4. Spread the marinade on top of the salmon evenly.
  5. If you are baking the salmon, put the oven on 350 and cook for 20 minutes.
  6. If you are grilling the salmon, turn the grill on medium heat and cook for 18 minutes. Keep an eye on the fish as the grill will most likely flair up due to the fish oil.
