Homemade Potato Chips with Rosemary and Herbs

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Clean the potatoes and slice thin using a mandoline.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato slices in the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Line 2 cooking sheets with tinfoil and place the potatoes flat.
  5. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown and enjoy.
