Ingredients
- 3 to 4 Large Potatoes
- 2 TBS of Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Fresh Rosemary (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Clean the potatoes and slice thin using a mandoline.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato slices in the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Line 2 cooking sheets with tinfoil and place the potatoes flat.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown and enjoy.
