Teriyaki Marinade 1
- 2 TB soy sauce
- 2 TB sesame oil ( can substitute olive but not as flavorful)
- 1 garlic smashed with back of knife
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger minced
- 1 TB water
- scallions (optional)
Mexicali Marinade 2
- 2 TB olive oil
- 2 TB lime juice
- 1/2 tsp chili powder or fajita seasonings
Lemon Zest Marinade 2
- 2 TB olive oil
- 2 TB lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp thyme
Marinade Directions
- Combine Marinade ingredients of choice together in a bowl. Pour the marinade in a ziploc bag and add the raw chicken .
- Massage the marinade into the chicken and let stand 30-60 minutes.
Directions for Grilling
- Cook the chicken on the grill for approximately 5 to 6 minutes a side. We suggest cooking on medium power.
Directions for Baking & Broiling
- If the grill is not an option, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Get a cookie sheet, line it with tin foil, and place a grill/baking rack on the cookie sheet. Spray the rack with PAM.
- After setting up your grilling tray, bake the chicken in the oven for 20 minutes (no need to flip sides yet).
- After baking, turn the broiler on high and broil EACH SIDE for about 3 to 4 minutes.
