Ingredients
- 2 to 4 Sweet Potatoes or Yams
- 2 TBS of Olive Oil
Directions
- Clean the potatoes and get a pot of water boiling.
- Boil the potatoes until tender/partially cooked. Check tenderness with a fork or knife.
- Remove the potatoes from water and cut into 1/4 inch thick slices.
- Grill the potatoes 2 minutes a side on medium heat till the grill marks appear.
- Serve hot and sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on each slice if desired.
