Grilled Sweet Potatoes

Grilled Sweet Potatoes with Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Clean the potatoes and get a pot of water boiling.
  2. Boil the potatoes until tender/partially cooked. Check tenderness with a fork or knife.
  3. Remove the potatoes from water and cut into 1/4 inch thick slices.
  4. Grill the potatoes 2 minutes a side on medium heat till the grill marks appear.
  5. Serve hot and sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on each slice if desired.
