Ingredients
- 6 ounces best quality semisweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup oats, rolled raw
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 TB sugar
- 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Spray a 9 inch square pan with Pam.Set aside.
- Cut butter into 8 pieces and combine with chocolate in a microwavable bowl. Melt chocolate and butter together in a microwave starting with 30 second intervals. Repeat until smooth.
- Combine oats, wheat germ, dry milk and baking powder.
- Beat eggs and sugars. stir in chocolate mixture and vanilla. Fold in oats mixture.
- Pour into pan and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
