Ingredients
- 2 Slices of Multigrain or Crunchy Italian Bread
- 1/3 LB of Prosciutto
- 1/4 LB of Mortadella or Capicola
- 2 Slices of Provolone or Mozzarella
- 2 to 3 Slice of Lettuce or Arugula
- 2 to 3 Slices of Tomato
- 1/2 TSP of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 TSP of Balsamic Vingar
- A Shake of Salt, Pepper, and Oregano
Directions
- I don't need to tell you how to make a sandwich. My only suggestions are to toast the bread for an added crunch and place the cheese on top of the tomatoes to prevent the bread from getting soggy.
