Decadent White Chocolate and Macademia Nut Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees
  2. In a medium bowl whisk together flour, salt and baking soda; set aside
  3. Beat together butter and sugars in a large bowl until blended.
  4. Mix in egg, additional yolk and vanilla
  5. Add dry ingredients and mix until combined. Stir in white chocolate and macademia nuts
  6. Line two cookie sheets with parchment. Drop heaping tablespoons of dough onto sheets 2 1/2 inches apart
  7. Place in oven and cook for 13-15 minutes; Reverse cookie sheets 1/2 way through baking. Bake cookies until light golden brown and outer edges start to harden but centers remain soft
  8. Makes appoximately 3 dozen cookies
