Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup of Oatmeal
- 1 Cup of Water
- 1 Sliced Banana
- 1 TBS of Walnuts or Almonds
- 1 TBS of Maple Syrup
- 1 Mini Apple Shredded (optional)
- Handful of Berries (optional)
- Handful of Rasins (optional)
- 1 TSP of Cinnamon (optional)
Directions
- In a large bowl, add the oatmeal, water, and 1/2 of the sliced banana into a bowl.
- Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes on high.
- Once the oatmeal is done cooking, add the remaning slices of banana, nuts, desired fruit, cinnamon and maple syrup.
- Mix the ingreidents together and enjoy.
