Ingredients
- 1 Package of Double Stuffed Oreos
- 1 8 oz Package of 1/3 less fat Cream Cheese, Softened
- 2 10 oz packages of Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
- Use a blender or food processor to make oreos into cookie crumbs.
- Add the softened cream cheese to cookie crumbs until well blended.
- Roll the Oreo dough into 1 inch sized balls.
- Line a cookie sheet with wax paper.
- Melt about half a package of chocolate at a time in a glass bowl in the microwave.
- Dip the balls into melted package and place on the wax paper.
- Continue until you are finished with Oreo dough, you will most likely have extra chocolate chips (feel free to make some chocolate covered fruit!).
- Freeze for an hour, then move the Oreo Balls to the refrigerator.
