Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup of Oatmeal
- 2 TBS of Steel Cut Oats
- 1 TBS of Chia Seeds
- 3/4 Cup of Almond Milk
- 1/4 TSP Cinnamon
- Handful of Fresh Fruit (Berries, Bananas, Apples, etc)
- 1 TBS of Raisins(optional)
- 1 TBS of Flax Seeds (optional)
- 1 TBS of Hemp Seeds (optional)
- 1 TBS of Pumpkin Seeds (optional)
- 1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder. We like Vanilla Whey Protein made with Egg Whites.(optional)
Directions
- In a glass jar or large container, add the oatmeal, steel cut oats, chia seeds, almond milk, and cinnamon. Add the optional ingredients as well if you desire. Stir ingredients together.
- Put in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, your oats will be ready. Add fresh fruit and enjoy.
