Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 cup solid pumpkin puree
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup Ghirardelli chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg together.
- In a separate bowl, cream together sugar and softened butter. Add pumpkin, egg and vanilla and mix until creamy.
- Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Bake at 350 oven for 14 minutes.
