Sauteed Mushrooms with Garlic and Herbs

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Clean the mushrooms well to remove dirt and pat dry.
  2. Trim the stalks and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, add the olive oil and sautee the garlic for 30 seconds.
  4. Add the mushrooms and cook till all the liquid has dissipated.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, top with parsley and enjoy.
