Ingredients
- 1 to 2 LBS of Baby Potatoes
- 2 TBS of Olive Oil
- 1 TBS Chopped Fresh Rosemary
- 1/2 TSP of Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Wash the potatoes.
- Line a cookie tray with tinfoil(easier cleanup).
- Toss potatoes in the olive oil and herbs mixture.
- Place the potatoes on the cookie tray and bake for 35 minutes.
