Ingredients
- 1 Spaghetti Squash
- 1 to 2 Cups Marinara Sauce Depending on the Size
- Ricotta Cheese (optional)
- Parmesan (optional)
Directions
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and use a spoon to remove the seeds and pulp.
- In a shallow glass Pyrex dish, put a 1/4 inch of water in the bottom.
- Microwave the spaghetti squash cut side face down for 5 to 9 minutes on power high. It depends on the size. BE CAREFUL, THE SQUASH IS EXTREMLY HOT TO TOUCH.
- Once cool to touch, scrape the squash using a fork. It should scrape easily and resemble spaghetti.
- Add the marinara sauce and mix together. Top with optional ricotta and parmesan.
